Our team of RainMaker Agents is highly regarded in the business industry. As a member of this team, you will generate qualified leads for Omega’s sales team and work on additional lead generation projects as assigned. We are seeking proven telemarketing individuals who are self-motivated and enjoy a bonus plan linked directly to performance. Qualified candidates must have previous business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer outbound teleservices experience, preferably conducting telemarketing campaigns to induce appointment setting. Successful candidates must possess a proven track record of outbound telephone calls with exceptional customer relationship and communication skills. Our TeleCenter facility is a professional environment with new furnishings, natural light and attractive outdoor seasonal facilities that provide for an exceptional working environment. Omega’s business-to-business RainMaker agents work 20-40 hours between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. |
