CEMDNA Certified Partner Program

The CEMDNA Certified Partner℠ Program leverages two of Omega's core service offerings: NorthFace ScoreBoard Award℠ Audit program and CEM Professional (CEMPRO Advocate℠) certified training.

Omega has developed a Certified Partner Program built around its Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy, which is designed to make a commitment to customer and employee satisfaction part of a company's DNA hence the phrase CEMDNA.


The objective of the CEMDNA Certified Partner Program is to drive new revenue opportunities for the partner and for Omega through joint marketing and sales programs targeting each party's respective customer and prospect databases.


Partnerships, by definition, are meant to be productive for all parties. The CEMNDA Partner Program is designed for:


  • CEM/CRM technology vendors and their clients and prospects

  • Third-party call centers

  • Social networking firms

  • Public relations agencies

  • Independent consultants

The program's core components are lead generation, marketing/branding, and revenue generation.
