 | John Alexander Maraganis, President & CEO John Maraganis has nurtured Omega from a one-person startup to the dynamic, leading-edge company it is today. Using a proprietary strategy of “customer loyalty partnering,” Omega has helped companies maximize sales and revenues by enabling their service organizations to exceed customer expectations, thus building highly profitable long-term customer relationships. Mr. Maraganis has steadily broadened the company’s service offerings and industry expertise through the execution of a focus Prior to founding, Omega , Mr. Maraganis was a principal and executive vice president of software development and customer services for The DATA Group, whose “Fieldwatch” software was the first off-the-shelf service management software product for the service industry. DATA Group became the number one software supplier in its industry, and was successfully sold to NYNEX Corporation in 1985. Mr. Maraganis is a graduate of New Hampshire College and has served on the boards for the Association for Service Management International and the American Electronic Association. | |

Tony
Santilli, Vice President, Client Services
Mr.
Santilli is responsible for managing all of the activities
related to delivery of services in Omega and
GoldMine
TeleServices business units. He provides the senior
executive management leadership for the “on-time, within
budget” CARE and GoldMine deliverables. This includes
managing all TeleCenter operations, both internal and
external vendors, the company’s information system group,
program managers and GoldMine TeleServices account
management.
Mr.
Santilli joined Omega in 1995 and has held several key
management positions. He was previously VP of Omega’s
consulting organization, the Anthony & Alexander Group.
He has made significant contributions in such areas as
business development, account management, partner
relationships and CARE deliverables and methodology.

Evans A. Manolis, Vice President,
Loyalty Management Practice; Anthony & Alexander
Group
Mr. Manolis is responsible for managing the
account manager’s activities related to
retention and growth of Omega's CARE accounts
plus sales and delivery of
Anthony & Alexander Group
consulting services.
He assumes account management responsibility
that includes establishing relationships with
Omega’s key client decision makers, particularly
by leveraging Omega’s
View From the Top program. He also will
oversee the development and marketing of the
company’s Clear Customer Intelligence
Methodology (CCIM).
Mr. Manolis joined Omega in 1998. His
contributions over the years have been
significant in both sales and account
management. Most recently, he was a senior
account manager, and has been a leader in
transitioning the account manager position and
elevating the importance of the position to
executive management.

Frank Rubino,
Jr., VP of Worldwide Sales
Frank is
responsible for all direct and indirect sales activity in the Americas,
Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Frank has been a
successful executive and business owner, with more than 25 years of
management experience in the high-tech medical equipment industry.
Omega has targeted the medical equipment service industry as an area of
strategic growth. His focus has been on equipment maintenance, repair,
installation and regulatory compliance.
He co-founded
Affiliated Clinical Engineering Services in 1992 and served as president
& CEO. In 2004, after growing the company to 50 employees servicing
hospitals in eight states, he sold the firm to a national corporation
that was seeking to expand its medical equipment services. He continued
with them as director of professional and technical services until 2005.

Customer Relationship Management Institute (CRMI) Mr. Moore’s duties include the design and delivery of CRMI customer and employee loyalty training and retention programs to key accounts that result in increasing customer satisfaction, employee retention and profitability for client organizations. Mr. Moore has had a successful 30+ year career as a senior management service professional, working with such leading firms as Honeywell, Data General, Wang Laboratories, EMC and Kronos. His expertise in creating, developing and implementing customer satisfaction programs have lead to increased customer satisfaction and profitability. In addition to his background in employee training and customer satisfaction programs, Mr. Moore has had responsibility for service line of business, achieving more than $70 million in revenue annually and generating gross margins in excess of 60 percent. Mr. Moore is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of Louisiana State University, the DeVry Technical Institute and the United States Coast Guard Advanced Electronics Center. | |  | Tony Zografos, Vice President, Finance and Administration Mr. Zografos’s responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, banking relationships, company policies and procedures, purchasing, vendor negotiations and health care and benefits programs. His executive background includes general accounting, pricing, internal audit and cost accounting. He is a graduate of Bentley College and has several years of experience with companies such as Honeywell, Loral and Lockheed Martin. |
